RETURN POLICY

hiumshoeniverse.store stand by its products and services and that is why have designed flexible return guidelines for you to have complete peace of mind. Following conditions must be satisfied for being applicable for return:

• The product being returned must be UNUSED and all the Tags and Labels MUST BE PERFECTLY INTACT.

• You must raise the return request WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS from the date of delivery.

• Once our printer receives the product, They will replace the item(s) with a newly created customs according to availability and/or we will issue credit vouchers accordingly.

If you want to cancel a certain purchase, we would request you to inform us before we have processed it for production, so that we can cancel the order and refund the amount. Kicks & Apparels crafted already cannot be cancelled or refunded. You would know regarding the processes of all orders through your email notifications.

You will have to return the products only when it delivered damaged or wrongly crafted, the product will be replaced with a new order. But if your item is not fitting due to wrong size choice it is ineligible for returns, Use Size Tabs ⌗
