What is PRINT ON DEMAND [Made For You.]?Print on demand is a printing technology and business process in which attires are not printed until the company receives an order, allowing prints of single or small quantities. While other industries established the build to order business model, "print on demand" has developed after the beginning of digital printing, because it is not economical to print single attire using traditional printing technologies. Print on demand with digital technology is a way to print items for a fixed cost per copy, regardless of the size of the order. While the unit price of each physical copy is greater than with traditional printing, the average cost is lower for very small print jobs, because setup costs are much greater for traditional printing technologies.

What is All-Over-Printing | Sublimation PrintingAll-over printing or sublimation is a printing process where your design is printed on paper with dye ink and then transferred directly onto the fabric with heat. Sublimation lets you cover all of the garment with your design instead of, for example, DTG printing that has a smaller area to work with. Due to the peculiarities of the sublimation process, graphics may shift up to 2 inches when printed. Because of this, we don't recommend using designs that require precise placement. Hium Shoeniverse carries two types of products that are printed using sublimation: All-over print products (also referred to as cut & sew products). In this case, your designs are printed on fabric, which then gets cut and hand-sewn into the product you ordered. These products don't have white streaks. Sublimated products. These products are pre-made, so your designs are transferred on a ready-made product. Sublimated products, might show white streaks and creasing that are most common near stitching (for example, the sides of a towel).

What technology is used to print on t-shirts (and other fabric products)?Our standard process is the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) method of printing. That means we can create photo-quality prints, the amount of colors used doesn't affect pricing unlike the embroidery printing that cost at much as each letter, and there aren't any order minimums. Our printers use Kornit printers for all DTG-printed garments.

What type of ink do you use?DTG products For DTG products, our printers use Kornit Water-based and NeoPigment inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. These inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4. Sublimation products Our printers use Mimaki Dye Sublimation Ink Sb411 and Sawgrass SubliJet HD ink for sublimation products. Both of these inks are Oeko-Tex™ certified. For some sublimation products, our primters also use MYSUBLI-E Sublimation Transfer Ink. Phone cases Our printers use Mimaki UV Inkjet Ink Lus 120 ink for phone cases. This ink is GREENGUARD Gold certified, which means the ink meets the gold certification for building materials, finishes, and furnishings.

Your transaction is processed on our website through secure gateways that are handled by Paystack.

In how much time I will get my order?It takes 2 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS to create a product and fulfill an order delivers. Average delivery time of the purchase(s) are within 3 - 15 BUSINESS DAYS of the order placement (subject to Kicks & Apparel availability and delivery destination). Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it's delivered to the end address. Your order might rarely get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, holidays, emergency, and natural disaster conditions.

Can I check or know about the delivery status of my order?Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and delivery courier information. You can use that number to see the latest updates on your shipment’s location via the tracking page.

Are all products in an order shipped together?Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. Here are the products we may ship separately: snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats/baseball caps, and visors backpacks water bottles blankets/towels

Can I check my shoe & apparel package before accepting the delivery?No, you cannot. The packaging of the orders can only be opened after making full payments. In case you are not satisfied with the item(s) after checking the package, you can initiate RETURN for replacement.

How can I place quick request for replacement/refund?If you have not liked the item(s) after receiving the order or any other reason, Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. . Check our Return Policy page for more details. No cash refund, we can only exchange the item(s) with replacement(s) according to the availability and/or issue credit vouchers accordingly. If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the customer reports they have yet to receive it, hiumshoeniverse.store won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch." If your customer is unable to locate the package, you will need to place a new manual order to have it reshipped. We're not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future!

Each group is guided by it rules or no rule, violating any of the rules will subject to immediate removal.

What is the Psych's Borough?Psych's Borough is the Hium Shoeniverse members page, it shows only the visible Lockers and allows users to follow and connect with themselves. You can also use the chat button to Interact 1 on 1 with any visible CHUM on the Shoeniverse when you connect with each other or via the floating chat button to create a group chat with as many CHUMS.
